There were plenty of activities at Monday’s CyHawk Beach Battle on Boulder Beach in Panora, including the classic dunk tank. The tank raised funds for Tori’s Angels, a Panora based non-profit that assists children with life-threatening situations. Before the Beach Battle, the Panorama School District tested its effectiveness on Principal Thad Stanley last week.  

It only took four throws to dunk Stanley. Students in Welding II and FFA at Panorama High School built the tank last year. The tank helped Tori’s Angels raise $1,700 at the Beach Battle.
