On Tuesday, West Central Valley School District residents will head to the polls to determine some new members of the WCV School Board. As part of our election coverage, Raccoon Valley Radio will host a special edition program tonight at 6pm. All nine candidates were asked to participate and six will take part.

District three candidates Mike Egger and Mike Dickson have agreed to participate. Both district four candidates, Jill Gerling and Christine Stiles, will participate. Marty Doud, the current district four representative, is not running for re-election. Both district seven candidates, incumbent Neal Crawford and Laura Weber, will participate as well.

Each interview is pre-recorded and each candidate received questions prior to the interview. Candidates were allowed up to two minutes to answer each question and were allotted a maximum of seven minutes for the interview. Guthrie County News Director James Maertens will host the forum at 6pm tonight on KKRF 107.9FM. The forum will be available tomorrow morning on our website, raccoonvalleyradio.com, under the Let’s Talk tab.
