Mitchell Schaffer of 5909 Colt Dr., West Des Moines reported several items missing from a construction site at 32437 R Ave.

Patrick Johns of Perry was riding an ATV when he lost control and landed on a large stone on a dirt pile injuring his back. Dallas County EMS transported Johns to Iowa Methodist.

Brandon Dean Rice, age 32 of 602 Hickory Ct., Dallas Center was arrested at 701 Hickory Ct., for public intoxication.

Samantha Jean Weiner, age 25 of 199 Peace Pipe Ln., East Dubuque, Ill, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference-original charge of driving while license revoked.
