The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the final reading to amend an ordinance to increase water and sewer rates each by three-percent, a second reading to amend an ordinance to adopt the existing code of ordinances, two pay estimates to Pinnacle Construction for work done on the Community Development Block Grant project, a change order and sub-final pay estimate to Godbersen-Smith Construction for work done on a street and alleyway project and a plat of survey for the Greene County School District.

The Council will also consider approving a resolution to set public hearings to amend the urban renewal plan and a development agreement with McAtee Tire and Service. The Council will also schedule their priority work session.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
