lions clubAccording to the American Red Cross, approximately 36,000 units of red blood cells are needed every day in the U.S. The Stuart Lions will help supply that need by hosting a community blood drive Tuesday September 26th.

From 2:30-6:30pm the LifeServe Bloodmobile will be parked at the Stuart United Methodist Church at 219 NE 2nd St. Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a donor ID card or driver’s license. If you can’t make it this time, there are plenty of opportunities throughout Guthrie County. Panora, Guthrie Center, and Bayard communities will all be hosting at least two blood drives before the end of the year.
