Anthony David Rothmeyer, age 47 of 2014 Warford St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charges of possession without prescription and OWI.

Kody Brett Fisher, age 26 of 803 Lyon St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for theft.

John Thomas Ham, age 65 of 616 Walnut St., De Soto was arrested in the 26000 block of Highway 6 for OWI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia no driver’s license and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Larry Clayton of Thayer was traveling in 31000 block of N Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00.

Elizabeth Ann Scott, age 35 of 690 SE Prairie Park Lane, Waukee was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle without owner’s consent.
