Playing in Panora hasn’t been kind to the Panorama Panthers football team (3-3 overall; 1-3 Class 1A District 6) during the district season. The Panthers suffered their second straight loss Friday in a 29-14 setback at home versus the Eagle Grove Eagles (4-2 overall; 2-2 Class 1A District 6). Panorama held a 14-12 halftime lead before allowing 17 unanswered points in the second half.

Two of the Panthers three losses this fall occurred at home, including a 21-7 loss to the Madrid Tigers (2-4 overall; 2-2 Class 1A District 6). Panorama’s last home victory came on September 15, a 40-24 come-from-behind victory against the Ogden Bulldogs (2-4 overall; 1-3 Class 1A District 6). The Panthers last home game is October 20 hosting the West Central Valley Wildcats (2-4 overall; 1-3 Class 1A District 6). Panorama looks to return to winning form this week when they travel to Manson for a district clash against Manson-NW Webster (3-3 overall; 2-2 Class 1A District 6).
