Dallas County Road F31 west of Minburn is once again open to local traffic, though still closed to through traffic, as bridge construction was recently completed.

The work on the approaches for the bridge over the Raccoon River closed the road to all traffic for around two weeks. Minburn Road is still closed to through traffic while the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department continues work on the paving project which was started at the end of July. Through traffic should continue to use the marked detours on County Road P58, and highways 44 and 169. The paving project is expected to take about two more months to be completed.
