The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released their tentative classifications for the upcoming basketball season on Tuesday, and the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers are among the Class 4A schools. With a bed count of 384, ADM ranks 40th out of the 48 schools in the classification. Des Moines Hoover is the largest school in the group with 811 students, while Raccoon River Conference member Carroll is the smallest school with 356 students. Last year saw the ADM Tiger girls basketball team finish 13-11 overall. The Tigers first official practice is November 6, and they’ll open their season on November 20 at Norwalk.
