The Churdan Public Library is getting closer to their goal to expand their facility, and they are hosting another fundraising opportunity later this week.
Prior to the home varsity volleyball match for Paton-Churdan against Boyer-Valley High School, the library staff will be serving a spaghetti supper in the school’s cafeteria in Churdan. The menu features spaghetti, garlic toast, salad, bars and a beverage for a free-will donation, with a $5 minimum suggested price. The meal will be served from 5 to 7pm on Thursday.
The library also recently received $500 in agricultural books from Farm Credit Services of America. The donation is part of FCSA’s community involvement program with their Carroll office.
All proceeds will go toward the building expansion project.
