Joshua Michael Steward, age 29 of 1306 E 12th St., Des Moines was arrested in the 34000 block of H Ave for driving while barred, driving while license suspended, improper use of registration, no registration card and no insurance liability.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
