Angela Van Houten of 1406 Cherry Ave., Dallas Center reported the theft of money from her bank account.

Nicole Louise Harmon, age 27 of 1014 Shagbark Dr., Nevada, Ia., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.

Taylon Michael Williams, age 18 of 1323 Locust St., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Ronald Wicker of Grimes was traveling in the 23000 block of R30 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
