whiterock conservancyThe fall atmosphere includes the changing of the leaves. The natural phenomenon goes perfectly with a guided walk aimed at relieving the stress of life. Whiterock Conservancy is hosting a forest therapy guided walk Sunday October 15th from 1-3 pm.

Certified Forest Therapy Guides Joseph and Julie Breshears will lead the walk. Calming techniques and the slow pace of the walk can lower stress and lead to positive impacts on health and wellness. Forest therapy has been known to boost immune functions, increase creativity, and help with depression and anxiety. Pre-registration is required and the cost is $25 per person.
