**TONIGHT’S PANORAMA FOOTBALL GAME AT MANSON-NW WEBSTER HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO TOMORROW EVENING. KICKOFF IS SCHEDULED FOR 5:30 P.M. IN MANSON.**

With three weeks remaining in high school football’s regular season, the Panorama Panthers (3-3 overall; 1-3 Class 1A District 6) wants to clean up some of their recent mistakes. The Panthers are coming off back-to-back district losses, including last week’s 29-14 setback at home versus Eagle Grove. Panorama held a 14-12 halftime lead before the Eagles outscored the Panthers 17-0 in the second half.

On this week’s Karl Chevrolet of Stuart Guthrie County PM Sports Page, Panorama head football coach Lyle Alumbaugh points out the mistakes the Panthers made against Eagle Grove are correctable. “We had a lot of self-inflicted penalties that cost us some drives, particularly in the first half that kept us out of the end zone,” Alumbaugh said, “We made some mistakes in coverage and some tackling. They are a very physical football team, well coached, and they came ready to play.”

Alumbaugh added a majority of the Panthers recent penalties have been of the five-yard variety including false starts. Panorama was flagged five times for 40 yards in their loss to Eagle Grove. The Panthers resume their season tonight at Manson-NW Webster (3-3 overall; 2-2 Class 1A District 6). The Cougars are coming off a 56-0 shutout loss to No.4 Van Meter Bulldogs (6-0 overall; 4-0 Class 1A District 6). Tonight’s district game between Panorama and Manson-NW Webster kicks off at 7 p.m. in Manson.
