Marilyn Taylor of West Des Moines was traveling near the intersection of T Ave and Highway 6 when a vehicle driven by Jennifer Louw of Van Meter pulled out onto Highway 6 and collided with Taylor’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Louw’s vehicle estimated at $1000.00 and $3000.00 to Taylor’s. Louw was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
