The Perry High School Music Department is still in debt after the expensive but successful musical “Peter Pan,” from last March. To help erase that debt and fund the spring 2019 musical, the choir is holding an electronic and social media fundraiser tomorrow.

Vocal Music Director Jenn Nelson explains, “It’s basically a one-hour fundraiser. And students are coming in and they’re going to use the power of social media and texting to send out a link to their family and friends and people they know, so that they could just make a donation or they could buy something from a catalogue. Even $5 helps out. If several people donate $5, it can add up pretty quickly.”
