A Greene County High School class is once again hosting a special public event.

The Hospitality I class is offering “An Evening with Ram Restaurant” where the public is invited to dine inside the high school restaurant. The students will be serving a three-course meal, with several options, as a fundraiser for a field trip scheduled later this year. The appetizer course features either a caesar or house salad, or creamy reuben soup. The main course is a choice between grilled New York strip steak from Moo Meat, pan seared salmon or classic fried chicken. The dessert course is John 15 Vineyard’s grape sorbet, chocolate mousse or cheesecake.

The students are planning a trip to Fraser, Colorado on November 3rd. Instructor Brandon Gustoff told the Greene County School Board at their meeting last week that the students planned out the entire trip and will experience different food and beverage options while in Colorado.

The meal costs $30 per person and free valet parking is available. Reservations must be made ahead of time by calling the high school at 386-2188. The link to the form to fill out a reservation can be found below.
