Greene County Extension is hosting a special program tomorrow to help adults with their relationships with newborns and toddlers.

Extension Director Lori Mannel says “Creating Special Moments with Infants and Toddlers” is a workshop for childcare providers, along with interested parents, grandparents and guardians. Extension Human Sciences Specialist Dr. David Brown will be facilitating the course.

“You’re going to learn about how to create special moments with children. We all do that with their birthdays and developmental milestones that they reach. But this is making everyday life and creating special moments with toddlers.”

The class will be held at the Extension office in Jefferson tomorrow from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Cost to attend is $15. Childcare providers can also earn two hours of licensing credit as well. Call or stop by the Extension office to sign up.
