The Scottish Fox was bursting at the seams Friday afternoon as the community showed up to celebrate the business’s one-year anniversary with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
Attendees were treated to wine and cheese and the warm glow of the holiday decor on display. Owner Cherlyn Miner was pleased to see so many people show up to take part in the event. Of course, the anniversary festivities don’t end with the ribbon cutting. Today and tomorrow the Scottish Fox will be holding an open house until 4 p.m. each day. Miner encourages the community to stop in and take a look at her store, and promises more refreshments for when they do.
The ribbon cutting event was hosted by the Perry Chamber of Commerce.
