The deadline for Greene County 4-H’ers to re-enroll for the new 4-H year is fast approaching.

Greene County Extension Director Lori Mannel says current 4-H’ers have until November 15th to re-enroll. The process needs to be done online on the 4-H’er profile webpage. Mannel points out that new 4-H’ers do not have to sign up by November 15th’s deadline. She adds each 4-H’er only pays $15 to re-enroll.

“Typically 4-H’ers would pay $35 annually for an enrollment fee, but due to the generosity of Rueter’s Red Power in Grand Junction, Greene County Environmental Habitat Corporation, Heartland Co-op in Rippey and the Hawn Family Farms in Scranton, 4-H’ers only pay $15 per member. So if you see any of those individuals please thank them for their generosity.”

For those that don’t re-enroll by the deadline, there is a $25 per family late fee. Call 386-2138 or stop by the Extension office in Jefferson with any questions.
