The Iowa High School Music Association will be holding the 71st annual All-State music concert tonight at Iowa State University, and attendees will get to hear a vocalist from Perry.

Perry High School senior soprano Breanna Penenger will be making her third and final appearance in the All-State concert. The show wraps up the three-day music festival and as Penenger puts it, serves as a sort of victory lap for the participants. The concert will be held in Hilton Coliseum, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m., awards starting at 7:15, and the show starting at 7:30. Tickets can be purchased at the door and cost $22 plus fees.
