A deputy investigated credit card fraud in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.
James Harris 30 of Perry was booked into the jail for violation of a no contact order times two and domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness 1st offense.
A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street West of J Avenue. Kaitlin Petersen 26 of Boone struck a deer with her 2011 Kia Optima causing an estimated 2,500 dollars in damage.
A deputy investigated a gas drive off in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.
Tuesday, November 28th
A deputy investigated 3 suspicious male subjects in the 1000 block of 240th Street.
A deputy unlocked a vehicle with a child in it in the 800 block of 230th Street.
A deputy assisted with a tractor and field fire in the 500 block of 330th Street. Bayard Fire responded and put the fire out.
A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 235th Street near Quint Avenue. Jason Cerveny 44 of Jefferson struck a deer with his 2011 Dodge Grand Crew Car causing around 300 dollars damage.
Kyle Rysavy 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for harassment 3rd degree and disorderly conduct.
A deputy investigated an injured deer on N Avenue near 250th Street. The deer was gone when the deputy arrived.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
