The year may be coming to a conclusion at the end of this month, however, two businesses will get a new start on Wednesday. Midwest Senior Services, a new business, and McDonald’s, a historic franchise, will both have ceremonies to celebrate their opening and renovations respectively.
From 6-8 pm, Midwest Senior Services will host a ribbon-cutting and open house. MSS is located in the historic clock tower at 111 NW 2nd Street. After the ceremony, tours of the office space will be available and refreshments will be served. Included in the refreshments is an optional wine tasting. MSS will also be collecting hats and gloves to go to children in the West Central Valley School District.
At 4:30 pm, McDonald’s will host its Re-Grand Opening celebration. Attendees will have a chance to check out the new order kiosks and restaurant layout. There will also be deals and giveaways throughout the day and at the event.
Both events are free and open to the public.
