The Panorama Panthers entered the regular season with two top ten wrestlers in their respective weight classes according to iawrestle.com.

The site has senior Gunner Grunsted positioned to be a state championship contender in the 182-pound division. After Last years 45-12 performance and fifth place finish in the 170-pound state tournament, he enters the season ranked second.

Also Ranked is Senior Dan Jenson. He enters the season ranked 9th in the 285-pound division after a 27-20 finish to last season. Both wrestlers will look to add to their resumes and continue to help a very dangerous Panorama team sustain success.

Grunsted is off to a phenomenal start. He has won seven straight matches to begin the campaign, six of them coming via pinfall. Jenson has also been solid. Two meets in to the season he holds a 4-2 record.

The entire Panorama varsity roster will have a chance to wrestle in front of a home crowd for the first time this season. They face West Central Valley and Van Meter in a triangle dual in Panora on Tuesday.
