Kimberly Ann Mustang, age 38 of 2605 SE 5th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI.

Elena Ciriaco of Perry was traveling in the 28000 block of N Ave. when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00.
