Miranda McCord of Winterset was traveling in the 32000 block of F90 when her vehicle struck a piece of wood in the road. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1600.00.

Thomas Stevens Sowers, Jr., age 44 of 2401 3rd St., SW., Altoona was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while barred.
