ADM Tigers

The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys basketball team continued their Raccoon River Conference season in Carlisle Tuesday night. The Tigers visited the Wildcats in the first conference meeting of the season between the schools. After trading the lead a handful of times in the first quarter, Carlisle assumed control of the game and sent ADM home with an 86-58 loss.

ADM and Carlisle traded the lead five times in the first four minutes, and the contest was tied two other times. The Wildcats put together their best collective offensive output of the season, besting their previous season high by 19 points. ADM was led in scoring by senior Rylan Heffernan with 16 points, while junior Koby Hardcastle added 14. Carlisle’s Colin Lister poured in a game-best 26 points.

The loss is the seventh in a row for the ADM Tigers boys basketball team, dropping their overall record to 2-8. The Tigers resume their season Friday in Boone against the Toreadors.
