Amateur and professional astronomers alike are reminded of a special program tomorrow hosted by Dallas County Conservation.

“Star Gazing – Story Telling” will be held tomorrow at the Bear Creek Nature Center in the Kuehn Conservation Area from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Forest Park Museum Curator Pete Malmberg believes it will be a fun event for anyone with an interest in the stars and constellations. They will also present various myths and legends that different cultures have created throughout history involving stars. Since it will be cold, it’s also recommended potential attendees dress extra warm.

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. For more information or to register, call the Forest Park Museum at 515-465-3577.
