Gregory Lawrence Hughes, age 48 of 809 Cade Ct., De Soto was cited and released in the 27000 block of N Ave. for driving while license suspended.

Mark Horak of Waukee was traveling west near the intersection of 240th and W Ave., when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Paige Johnston of Panora. No injuries reported. Damage to Johnston’s vehicle estimated at $4500.00 and $2500.00 to Horak’s.

George Dobrzynski of Adel was traveling east in the 29000 block of Highway 141 when he swerved to avoid a vehicle passing him and entered the south ditch striking a utility pole and driveway alarm box. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $6000.00, $300.00 to the driveway alarm box and $3500.00 to the utility pole.

Zachariah Ellen Dub Schulte, age 28 of 212 Maple Ave., Lytton was arrested on a warrant for eluding, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and possess of a controlled substance.

Kara Jones of Dallas Center was stopped at the stop light at the intersection of 190th St., and Highway 141 Diagonal when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Richard Buscher of Minburn. No injuries reported. Damage to Jones’ vehicle estimated at $800.00 and $1000.00 to Buscher’s. Buscher was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Dusty Lee Crannell, age 36 of 504 Milwaukee St., Madrid was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of domestic abuse assault.

January 14, 2018
Kersey Sar Shande, age 26 of 618 S 18th St., Ft. Dodge was arrested in the 18000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal for driving while license under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
