The Perry Chamber of Commerce has one seat open on their 12-person Board of Directors, and they’re looking for interested nominees.

Board President Emily Leslie says any Chamber member can nominate themselves or someone they know for the open position. Once the candidates are decided, she says it’s up to the Board to approve the new member. “The Chamber Board will then vote on the nominations to bring that person onto the Board of Directors. After March 15th, if the Board is not 100% filled with 12 Board members, then the Board will self-appoint from there.”

Anyone interested in the position can submit a letter to the Chamber office in the Towncraft building, or send the Board an email. Find a list of the current members of the Chamber Board Below.
