We are about a year and a half from the City of Scranton celebrating a milestone birthday, and more volunteers are needed to plan the festivities.

The City will celebrate its 150th birthday on June 29, 2019 and preparations are getting underway for the event. The Scranton Sesquicentennial Committee is having a planning meeting on Monday, January 29th at 7pm at City Hall. Volunteers are needed to help with planning different activities.
