The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will start with consideration of a change order for McAninch Corporation for work on the new law enforcement center. That will be followed by discussion and possible action regarding the lease for the facility at 918 Court Street in Adel, which currently houses the Department of Motor Vehicles and driver’s license station. At 9:45 a.m., there will be a public hearing relating to a minor plat of Sargent’s first addition. The Board will also consider a resolution to make appointments to the County Board of Adjustment. The meeting will conclude with a possible closed session to discuss pending litigation.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
