A deputy investigated a vehicle in the ditch with no damage and no driver around. The vehicle was located on 240th Street near F Avenue and was removed.

Justin Lopez 19 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

Zachary Smith 20 of Scranton was booked into the jail for permitting a person under age of 18 to consume alcohol 1st offense.
