The last home game of the season for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys basketball team was last night against a state-ranked nonconference foe. The Tigers welcomed Class 3A No. 4 Norwalk Warriors (19-2 overall) to Adel Tuesday for a late-season test. ADM suffered their first loss to a Little Hawkeye Conference member with an 89-65 setback. The Warriors scored 81 of their 89 points in the first three quarters. Three ADM players finished the game with double-digit points led by junior Koby Hardcastle’s 18. Senior Rylan Heffernan added 14 points while senior Micah Moyer added 13. The loss drops ADM’s overall record to 3-16. ADM closed the regular season Thursday against the Newton Cardinals (13-7 overall).
