Guthrie Center SignThe City of Guthrie Center is hoping residents will help keep the streets well-lit. City officials are encouraging residents to inform Alliant Energy if they notice a streetlight that needs to be repaired or replaced.

City Administrator Laura Wolfe tells Raccoon Valley Radio that, while they haven’t seen a particular increase in broken lights, they just want to give a friendly reminder to residents in case they see it around town.
