Sui Za Thawng, of 908 Prairie View Dr., West Des Moines was traveling south on Hwy 141 and failed to negotiate the turn to go around the curve in the roadway. His vehicle continued in a straight motion and drove onto R22 and then into the east ditch. No injuries were reported. Estimated damage to the vehicle is $5000.00. Thawng was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.

Samantha Mae Gohn, age 19 of 632 Maverick Lane, Madrid was arrested in the 27000 block of Hwy 141 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and issued a citation for possessing alcohol underage.

Tiara Dawn Stanek, age 25 of 1306 Second St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation terms, original charge of unlawful possession of subscription drugs.
