As the weather continues to get warmer on our way through spring, more and more people are likely wanting to utilize the Raccoon River Valley Trail. Before you do, however, remember to get your trail passes.

Annual passes for the trail are $10, and daily passes cost $2. A pass will allow you to use the trail for cycling, running, or walking. Passes can be picked up at any of the county conservation departments in Dallas, Greene, or Guthrie counties. Additionally, you can get a permit in one of the yellow trail tubes found at trailheads, which can be filled out and mailed back. Green envelopes are for annual passes, while the white ones are for daily passes.
