William Oliver Hickey III, age 36 of 1004 Euclid Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.

Anthony James Johnson Parnell, age 20 of 1306 11th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of OWI.

Curtis William Milburn, age 48 of 8935 Copper Dr., West Des Moines was arrested in the 22000 block of Midland Trail for OWI and stopped on traveled part of an unpaved highway.
