Snow and cold prompted officials to postpone the Carroll Coed Relays from today until tomorrow. Starting time remains 4:30 p.m. Greene County is hosting the meet at Linduska Field in Jefferson due to renovations at Carroll Athletic Field.

The Greene County girls have had just one meet so far this season with weather wiping out two others. Coach Derek Merk’s Rams haven’t competed since the March 27 Greene County Early Bird Meet.

The Greene County boys have had two meets, but none since going to Winterset on March 30. Coach Chad Morton’s Rams were eleventh among 14 teams in that meet.

It sounds like better weather starting tomorrow, then turning much warming for at least a few days Wednesday through Friday. Greene County has golf, soccer, and track & field on the schedule this week.
