Henry Rodrigo Soriano-Alvarenga, age 22 of 2506 Perry Park Ave., Perry was cited and release at 15781 141st St., Perry for driving while suspended.

John Michael Pilkey, age 37 of 1155 Williston Ave., Waterloo was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment-original charge of OWI.

Lori Loggins of Olathe, KS., was traveling in the 12000 block of Highway 141 when she lost control on the slushy road, slid a short distance and flipped on its top. Loggins was transported to Methodist Main by the Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Shannon Leeson of Winterset was traveling in the 500 block of Guthrie St., De Soto when she lost control due to the weather and slid sideways into the ditch striking a fence. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00 and $2500.00 to the fence.
