Steven Lionel Hayes, age 52 of 418 Prairie St., Adel was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle without owner’s consent.

Brandon Robert Oettchen, age 32 of 1116 E 35th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI, Harassment and criminal mischief.

Bryan Jon Dougan, age 47 of 1915 W 3rd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

Sean Jay Bremholm, age 51 of 2827 Poplar Dr., Council Bluffs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of operate commercial vehicle when disqualified.

David Anthony Moore, age 52 of 1711 W 3rd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Mark Gordon Parmenter, age 54 of 12623 NE 64th St., Elkhart was arrested on a warrant for assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and invasion of privacy.
