The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will kick off with an update on the law enforcement center project, with representatives from Design Alliance and the Samuels Group. Following that, the Board will consider a resolution to invest County Attorney Threshold Dollars to aid in a cold case investigation. Additionally, they will review a possible settlement with a permit holder for a tobacco sale violation. Other action items on the agenda include: an FFA field day request; a resolution for a weed notice; a wetland mitigation credit purchase; an out of state travel request for the Information Technology Department; and a proposal for parking lot rehabilitation design services.

The session will conclude with discussion of a Dallas County master plan. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
