The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys golf team hosted a Raccoon River Conference dual meet Monday afternoon against the Carroll Tigers. The nine-hole event took place at the River Valley Golf Course in Adel; ADM carded the top two lowest golf scores overall, topping Carroll with a score of 164. ADM junior Adam O’Connor highlighted the Tigers scores, shooting a two-over 38 to win meet medalist. Senior Micah Moyer finished three shots behind O’Connor to earn runner-up medalist honors. Rounding out ADM’s scorecard was seniors Grant Curran with 42 strokes and Matthew West with 43 shots. Carroll finished with 197 points as a team with junior Tyler Tunning carding the Tigers lowest score of 42. The ADM boys golf team resumes their season this afternoon in a nonconference dual meet against Dallas Center-Grimes. Tee time is around 2:30 p.m. this afternoon from the Beaver Creek Golf Course in Grimes.
