St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry is welcoming the public to a special Mass to celebrate the Feast of St. Florian.

On Friday, May 4th at 10 a.m., the church will honor St. Florian, who is the patron saint of fire prevention and firefighters, by offering blessings for protection of property from fires. Following the Mass, Father Chris Reising will go around Perry to bless homes and businesses for anyone who wishes to take part. Both the Mass and the blessing are open to anyone in the community.
