A reminder: tonight is the Perry High School prom, and students are invited to an “Evening at the Carnival.”

The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with the grand march in the high school auditorium. Following that, students will caravan to the Lake Panorama Conference Center for a dinner and dance. The dance will run from 7:15-11:30, and there will be music, two photo booths, and a candy table. Following the dance, attendees will have an hour to get back to Perry for the post prom party at the high school, which will run from 12:30-4 a.m. Sunday. The featured performer will be comedian Willie Farrell. There will also be carnival games, prizes, and laser tag in the middle school gym. Food for after prom includes walking tacos, corn dogs, pretzels and cheese, popcorn, and spin art caramel apples.

Attendees should have gotten tickets already, but anyone who hasn’t can purchase them at the door. Cost is $35 per person, which will pay for dinner and food at after prom, all activities, and a commemorative t-shirt.
