Adair County Health and Fitness in Greenfield will once again host a Women’s Personal Safety and Self Defense Class. The class is this Sunday, May 6th, from 7-9pm.

Retired Iowa State Patrol Trooper Kenny Jensen will be the instructor for the class. Cost is $15 just for the class and $40 for the class and stun gun. Contact the fitness center for more information.
