All  of Thursday’s high school sports for the Greene County Rams were weathered out, and, as luck would have it. Today’s Ram high school calendar is blank. The boys’ soccer team plays tomorrow in the Bondurant-Farrar tournament against Grinnell to start play in the morning. The second game would be against either B-F or Newton. The Greene County girls’ soccer team plays in the Creston tournament on Saturday.

With Thursday’s cancellation of the North Polk track & field meet, the Greene County regular season is over. Coach Derek Merk’s girls’ team and Coach Chad Morton’s boys will have more than a week off from competition before they go to Manson for a Class 2A State Qualifying Meet. The Rams hosted the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference meet on May 1 and they won’t go again until May 10.

The golf teams from Greene County golfers don’t play again until next week.
