GCC-Spring/SummerA recent bridge replacement project in Guthrie County has earned a national award. The project, located in Seely Township just West of Guthrie Center, was named the 2018 Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP) and Pipe Arch Project of the Year by the National Corrugated Steel Pipe Association.

The bridge on 220th street was a 22’x16’ structure that had no record of installation. The project, completed last summer, was noted for helping the County save 57% on cost and four weeks on construction time versus other options. This is the second time a project in Guthrie County has won a national award through the organization.
