The ACGC boys golf team took part in an invitational at Coon Rapids-Bayard over the weekend. Spencer Grove was the top shooter for the Chargers, finishing in sixth overall with a 92. As a team the Chargers finished in third place out of four teams with a combined score of 411 strokes.

Other participants for ACGC include: McKlain Jorgensen (100), Eli Kading (108), Nolan Wheatley (111), Seth Danker (111), Casson Benson (117). The host Crusaders won the team title with a score of 341. CR-B’s Trenton Golay also lit up the course, winning medalist honors with a 79. The Panorama JV team and Glidden-Ralston also participated in the invite.

The boys team will next hit the course for the WCAC Conference meet at Lake Panorama tomorrow. First tees begin at 9am.
