The Perry Chamber of Commerce will be holding their monthly Chamber Coffee event this Friday, and it will be accompanied by a ribbon cutting for their newest member.

The Perry Perk Coffee Shop and owner Tari Mason will welcome attendees to their new location on Warford Street at 8 a.m. for a morning of networking. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says the Board felt the monthly Coffee was an appropriate occasion to christen the new members, and an ideal time to bust out the giant ceremonial scissors. “Why not do a Chamber Coffee at a coffee shop? And also welcoming Tari and Perry Perk to the Chamber. We’re going to do the ribbon cutting there at that time as well. So the typical gathering of business owners and community members for the Coffee, and then we’ll do the photo op ribbon cutting. And then just kind of go about our day.”

Chamber Coffees are held the second Friday of every month as a way to bring businesses and the public together to network, celebrate each other’s accomplishments, and talk about upcoming events.
